Our vision is to create an environment in which our patients and providers benefit from our employees’ training, expertise, teamwork, respect, and individual growth.
Evergreen started in 2014 as part of Prescriptions Plus, a leader in the long-term care pharmacy market.
As the specialty department grew and expanded, we developed unique programs for the management of complex therapies. In March of 2017, EVERGREEN Pharmacy was founded as a standalone, Specialty Pharmacy dedicated to the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Our team is trained to provide the best customer service experience possible. We have the expertise to help our patients throughout their interaction and never leave you with your questions unanswered.

About Zvezdana
Zvezdana brings to Evergreen 20+ years of global procurement, purchasing, and supply chain and pharmacy management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Industrial Management, Krusevac, Serbia and a Master's Degree from the University for Peace in Belgrade, Serbia. As our leader, her knowledge and personal manner helps Evergreen staff to better serve both patients and providers.

About Mark
Mark comes to Evergreen after a long career in Pharma. His experience helps us to have a better understanding of the challenges facing our provider partners as well as industry issues and trends. In his senior position with Evergreen, he adds to our ability to help our customers. Mark holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin and is registered in Wisconsin and Michigan.

About Ben
Ben has been a pharmacist for over 15 years. He came to Evergreen in 2021. He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University where he graduated in 2009. Ben oversees the fulfillment department where he uses his expertise in specialty medications to make sure that they are accurate and safe for every patient. In his free time, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams, traveling, and scuba diving.
Brendan, PharmD

About Brendan
Brendan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Concordia University Wisconsin and further professional training through a Post-Graduate Year 1 pharmacy residency with the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy and Evergreen Pharmacy. He advocates for teaching the next generation of pharmacists by precepting students from four pharmacy schools throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Outside of pharmacy, Brendan enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and dog—playing video games, watching movies, traveling, and hunting.

Milena received her bachelor's degree in Physiological Sciences at Marquette University and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Milena brings extensive experience in customer service and medication management ensuring our patients' needs are met at every step of the process.

Josh brings a wealth of experience in medication management and non-vaccine injectables to Evergreen. He holds both a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Wisconsin. As our lead behavioral health pharmacist, he interacts with patients and their providers to optimize therapy and communication.

Kim is a Patient Care Advocate with over 23 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Her experience in Customer Service, Billing & Operations Support helps Evergreen continue to offer the best care to our patients. In her role, Kim demonstrates a strong dedication to providing high levels of service to our patients and providers. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family.

Alma is a Patient Care Advocate with over 20 years of experience in Medical and Insurance Billing and enjoys providing superior customer service to Evergreen patients. She assists with processing, Prior Authorizations and billing. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to help with communication with our Spanish speaking patients.

Ieisha is a Patient Care Advocate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in professional communications and over 8 years of pharmacy experience. She is a key player in our addiction recovery program and coordinates interaction with pharmaceutical representatives. Additionally, Ieisha helps to keep the process flowing with work in processing and audit coordination.

About Mary
Mary has been a Patient Care Advocate with Evergreen for 5 years after 30 years of experience in LTC pharmacy. She works in our fulfillment department, preparing medication items for inspection by our pharmacists. She prepares special blister packing of medications for certain patients needing extra help organizing their medications.

Lori works behind the scenes as our Accounting Manager. She oversees Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Payroll and Data Reporting. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master’s Degree from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In her spare time, she enjoys taking walks, reading, and supporting her two sons who play ultimate frisbee for UW-Milwaukee and the trumpet in the Marquette Pep band.

Natalija is a patient care advocate with more than five years of customer/patient care experience. She is responsible for purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and prescription filling and she assists with daily workflow. She is currently pursuing a business management degree at the University of Metropolitan in Europe. Natalija also enjoys spending time with Buddy, her two-year-old German Shepard.
